Not only will it boost immediate energy but gain muscles and lose body fat as well. This metabolism deal is pretty significant.
Going natural. Eating the right foods can help you increase your energy automatically with not crashes or anything a fixed supplement may have. Eating alot of greens will balance your ph acidity levels and improve your well being. When you have alkaline levels of acidity your body will immediately begin to produce better healthier blood cells, your oxygen levels will improve and even will boost your metabolism. High thermic (fast burning) greens are the name of the game as they will help your ph but as well as increasing all natural energy.
Stay away from breads, sugars, high fats and processed foods. Spend a morning in the kitchen making your meals in advance and you will immeditally notice energy levels. Meats: should be eaten daily, poultry, fish, some pork and some beef is fine. Preferably stay away from red meats as they tend to work against your digestive system and are tough on your body. But ocassional New York should be fine. But if your body handles red meat well its ok.
