Why do I have such energy levels?

Reason #1:  Metabolic Rate.  What is your metabolism doing all day?  Eating 5-6 “small” healthy meals per day will significantly improve your metabolic rate.   This is what keeps us going.  As we know calories is fuel that charges our energy, the wrong calories can counter work against us.  Calories make us go.  They are the measurement of stored energy in your bodies.  Once inputed they must go out the same way.  If not burned they will be stored in our bellies or hips as store energy.   Here is where most of us fail because the calories we  put in, stay in.

Reason #2: Resting.  The average human must have at least 6-8 hrs per night of un intererrupted rest.  Meaning you must sleep and get up when you are done sleeping.   Quite often may be hard on people to get this many hrs of rest.  They work will not permit, kids or even some bad habits.  No worries, sleeping may be understated but in the long run you will really appreciate you got some sleep.

Reason #3: Overweight.  Being overweight can throw off you energy levels.  Your body basically has to work hard to keep you moving because of excessive weight.  Good news is that this can definately be fixed naturally.   As stated above, improving your metabolic rate helps you in incredible ways.  Not only will it boost immediate energy but gain muscles and lose body fat as well.   This metabolism deal is pretty significant.

Going natural.  Eating the right foods can help you increase your energy automatically with not crashes or anything a fixed supplement may have.  Eating alot of greens will balance your ph acidity levels and improve your well being.  When you have alkaline levels of acidity your body will immediately begin to produce better healthier blood cells, your oxygen levels will improve and even will boost your metabolism.  High thermic (fast burning) greens are the name of the game as they will help your ph but as well as increasing all natural energy.

Stay away from breads, sugars, high fats and processed foods.  Spend a morning in the kitchen making your meals in advance and you will immeditally notice energy levels.   Meats: should be eaten daily, poultry, fish, some pork and some beef is fine.  Preferably stay away from red meats as they tend to work against your digestive system and are tough on your body.   But ocassional New York should be fine.  But if your body handles red meat well its ok.

Having a great health is not just about exercising, it is also about what you eat. There are certain types of foods that you should eat sparingly or not at all if you are serious about getting in shape.
Eat 4-6 small meals a day instead of one huge meal and ALWAYS eat something for breakfast, just to get your metabolism going and it decreases cravings throughout the day.

Stress has been shown to play a significant role in a variety of conditions. A large percentage of overweight adults have excessive abdominal fat due to stress-related over eating. Stress is a state of disharmony caused by internal or external forces that threatens your state of natural balance.

This stress is counteracted by a series of physiological and behavioral responses that aim to re-establish natural balance within your body.

Stress increases levels of cortisol, a hormone that seems to direct fat to our stomach.
Cortisol is a hormone that is released from the adrenal glands (located on top of both kidneys) in response to stress. It regulates the conversion of sugar (glucose) into energy.

Homeostasis is a healthy natural balance.

Reducing your waist measurement is another way to lower blood pressure. Reducing fat in the blood will help you to lose belly fat. Reduce stress in your life. Too much cortisol can trigger the appetite, and you may end up overeating carbohydrates and sugar in order to feel better.
